Caking is where a product, often of hygroscopic nature, forms hard lumps or cakes when in contact with moisture. Many of our customers require us to provide them with an option to avoid caking in the products they are producing. As well as providing Sodium Ferrocyanide and Potassium Ferrocyanide, which can be used as an anti-caking agent in salts, we can supply Tri Calcium Phosphate along with stearates and silicates’
