Norkem is proud to have been shortlisted for the Chemicals North West Corporate Social Responsibility Award.  For many years Norkem has supported many initiatives to bring chemistry to young people.

A key initiative has been the long running support of "Chemistry with Cabbage" run by Lorelly Wilson.  Lorelly visits Primary schools to enthuse children in chemistry using everyday items.

Norkem firmly believes it is up to the chemical industry itself to counter the on-going negative press surrounding chemicals and their use and the ideal place to do this is with the younger generation.
