Potassium Sorbate is the Potassium Salt of Sorbic Acid. It is used primarily as a preservative in food, however it is effective in a variety of other applications including wine (as a stabiliser), soft drinks and personal care. Potassium Sorbate can be supplied in a powder, stick granular or spherical granular forms.
