Material: PLUSSAL is a reduced sodium salt for use in the food industry. It contains 60% sodium chloride (NaCl) and 40% of other salts as chlorides (potassium, magnesium and calcium). It has the same functional properties as common salt (NaCl), with multiple advantages and an important sodium reduction of 40%. PLUSSAL is formulated under the recommendations of the World Health Organisation and the European Food Safety Authority (EFSA).
